Tell whoever wrote your installer to stop spawning new random temp folders to run from during installs or if they're feeling really lazy to stop aborting&quitting quicker than I can authorise the download manager in Win10 folder protection. Your installer behaves like malware. I don't blanket disable malware protections just because a programmer can't write an installer.
