Hi.

Do you actually have an "image file" (a single file with an .iso extension)?  If so, you simply need a program which can burn the contents of that file as a Disc Image directly to a DVD.  Essentially the .iso file is a zip file containing ALL the various component files that are needed in order to "play" the video; any burning program that is able to burn a Disc Image will unzip those files and place them correctly on your DVD.

If, however, what you have is those individual files (with extensions like .ifo, .vob, etc.) you need to burn them all to the DVD BUT whether there is a particular "order" in which they need to be burned (i.e. the physical location on the disc is important) I'm not sure.  Presumably Nero would "know" the correct order in which to burn the files to disc? (I don't have and have never used Nero so can only guess.)  If it has the facility burn a DVD as a video disc, as distinct from a data disc you should be able to do this.

Hi

Using Nero to burn an iso you select Recorder, Burn Image and point Nero to the iso image file.

To burn the DVD files ie vods ifo etc you need to start a new compilation selecting DVD-Video.

Nero will open the DVD structure on the left with 2 folders Video_TS and Audio_TS and the file explorer on the right.

Locate the folder containing the DVD image files on the right side and drag all of them into the Video_TS folder on the left - the Audio_TS folder is not used.

Burn the disc - tip select the burn speed to be one step lower than the disc rating to ensure a good burn. .
