Files not found

I recently purchased the MM 2021 premium edition and I am having a problem with some of the soundpools.

eg. If I try loading drums in chillout vol 7, freedom drums will load but rider drums will not.

I get an error message saying - Magix vita - file not found

The guitars and most of the other instruments will load without a problem.

This issue is in a few of the soundpools and I don't know what is causing this.

Some of the projects that I created from my previous version (MM 2019) also have a problem loading, and I get the same error message. When the project loads only some of the instuments will sound.

I am running windows 10 and this is an issuethat just started with the new version

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

When you installed MM2021 did you also activate it (with the supplied serial number) and also download ALL the content which is available to you? In some cases, this would include updated versions of some instruments and soundpools because the move to 64 bit has made some "older" instruments etc. incompatible, apparently.

Also, have you checked the bug list for the 2021 version. There was a very recent update patch released but I've not yet had chance to check whether any more of them have be squashed.

Hi,

Further to what Jeff said, I don't have Freedom Drums with Chillout Vol. 7 but I do with another Soundpool and I have the Rider Drums with Chillout Vol. 7. The Rider Drums are MIDI files and use Vita, Acoustic Drum Kit RnB Compressed. The Freedom Drums are audio files, not MIDI.

Make sure that you have downloaded all instruments and presets under Downloads. Make sure that Vita is working. It should be the 64 bit version.
