Extrat Content won't install for Movie Studio Premium 2023

Hi,

I've just bought Magix Movie Studio Premium 2023 and have installed it using the installation wizard.

However, the extrat content simply won't install and I don't understand why.

I've already unstalled and reinstalled the software three times and the problem continues to persists.

I thought that it might have something to do with my antivirus and the firewall so I disabled them temporarily. Unfortunately, that also didn't work.

Of cours, I also tried the classis: Shutdown and restard.

I don't think that it has anything to do with the specs of my PC which are as follows:

OS: Windows 11 Pro (22H2 build 22621.755)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor, 3.60 to 4.2GHz, 12 Threads.

GPU: GIGABYTE GV-R55XTOC-8GD AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT (8 Gb)

MOBO: ASRock X570 Steel Legend

RAM: 40 Gb (DDR4-RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 3200 MHz)

I've attached a screencapture of the issue I'm having.

I'd greatly appreciate if somebody could help me solve this issue.

Thank you very much!

@AKR1205

Hi

Try installing the Extra content manually - the downloads should be in the Magix downloads in your Documents folder.

It is possible that your antivirus program is inhibiting the installation of the extras.

Hi John,

I've temporarily deactivated my antivirus (Norton) as well as the firewall to perform the manual installation of the extra content in the Magix downloads folder.

Unfortunately, the pronblem still persists.

Thanks very much for your help.
