I have gone through the full installation and it fails to make the extra content like movie shablons visible in the program.
When I go to Help and choose to install extra content, they are all visible but I can't tick anything. So it looks like everything has succeeded, but is not visible with the templates.

Have you registered and activated the program by entering your supplied serial key and email address on the registration screen? If not, you must do this before you can access any of the additional content.
Once registered and having selected the Install additional content screen you should see something that looks like this:
Note: I have the Suite edition so there may be additional items on my list that are not on yours, but you will see every item is listed as "Installed on ..." because they are already installed.
Can you provide a similar screenshot from your computer?

Dear Jeff,
Thank you for your fast reply. I used the serial key (P3-) of the main program to activate the content in stead of the G3- key. And I did not click the tiles to open. My mistake. It is all there.
