@PHIL-HICKMAN

Hi and welcome to the forum.

We need more information - computer specification, Windows version and build, and program version number - see this topic for details required.

Has anything changed on the computer between working and non working - eg has Windows just updated to the 20H2 version?

Can you play mp3 files in any media players - if so which ones ?

Hi thank you... Firstly I am no pc expert and I am partially sighted so searching for settings and reading long text is a difficulty. Here is what I have managed to find.

Zoomstorm: Windows 10 Ver 2004 os Build 19041.572. Realtek sound. Intel(R) UHD Graphics 360.

Processor Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-8700 cpu@3.20 GHZ 3.19GHZ. Installed RAM 16.0 GB 64 bit OS x 64 - based Processor.

Software: Magix Music Maker 2016 version 22.06.78 (UDP3)

I have changed nothing or updated nothing on pc windows etc. as far as I can see. it was working before lunch came back and the items in the drop down menu are not clickable I can play mp3 files on all my players windows media player etc.

Regards

Phil

Hi

. . . . Firstly I am no pc expert and I am partially sighted so searching for settings and reading long text is a difficulty. . . . .

That is good to know when helping you.

From past posts with the same issue the issue has been with Windows - I have uploaded a large print PDF file here with instructions for checking the Windows installation.

Hopefully this will fix the issue.
