Error with Soundpool files

I downloaded and installed the software from GOTD today. Then I purchased the "No Time" Soundpool with the provided coupon.

But when I try to play or load one of the sounds in that Soundpool, the program displays the following error message:

-------
The file format of D:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Shop\Rock Pop - No Time\Bass\Bergen Bass A 6.mxcOGG cannot be read by MAGIX Music Maker.

Please make sure that the drive is not full or write-protected.
-------

The drive is neither write-protected nor full.

I changed the location of Soundpools from the default location when installing the program. Could that causing the problem?

Also, the included demo Soundpool called "Music Maker - Feel good" works fine.

I'm running Windows 10. MusicMaker version is 25.0.0.24.

Thanks for any help!
