Every time I Hit the Record Monitor or record, it states device not found. I Have reinstalled program still same Error.

In Windows sound settings, confirm your desired input source is set as the default 'Recording' device.
In the Sound Forge, go to the "Options> Preferences> Audio" menu and select the desired 'Record' device . The Microsoft Sound Mapper and Windows Classic Wave Driver are usually trouble free with internal sound cards. An ASIO device driver is usually not needed in Sound Forge.
