@Tony-Fantini Your credit card providers needs to support two-factor-authentication. Is this the case?

No, I use Visa or/and Mastercard. Tried on this PC, and one at my office I play around with. I use those prepaid mastercards/visa. They seen to do fine on other products elsewhere. But not on Magix.

I don't think prepaid cards can be used for purchases on magix.com, sorry.

You have to be using a standard credit card and your card issuer must support 2-factor authentication, as explained in this post.
