Error with Movie Studio 2023
The problem is with this file “it is not present in windos10”
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\OpenCL.dll
after I renamed the file to ZZZOpenCL.dll the program was working OK.
Also Movie Studio 15 was not starting with the original file name is now running OK
I don’t know if the file is needed for other programmes.
OpenCL.dll is present on my PC in the C:\Windows\System32 folder
My Movie Studio 2023 Suite (version 22.0.3.167) opens and is functional on my PC (My PC as per signature).

What you might like to try is install all updates for your version of Windows (Then reboot).
Then update your graphics drivers (Do this using manufacturer's websites rather than Windows updates).

The OpenCL.dll file is part of the drivers for the graphics card(s) installed and the date, version number, and size provided by @Promidi may be different depending on the make and model graphics card you have installed.
Ensure you have the drivers - from the manufacturers site(s) - up to date - if you are not sure, what is/are the Make and model number of the graphics card/integrated GPU installed?
