Otherwise you could try reinstalling SFP-11. Upgrading to the current version is recommended as well. With your SFP-11 serial code you can get the discounted upgrade price. Try the demo version, the UI is very similar to SF-11.

Though the link didn't quite get me to the intended destination, I was able to Google most of the string and find the solution...a straight forward set of directions that actually resolved the issue! And thanks for the welcome. As a forum newcomer who has been using SF for years now (along with ACID), I appreciate your greeting.
