Error in purchase

I have been trying to purchase the Boom part 2 sound loop. I have tried three different payment methods and it continues to give me an the error "an error has occurred during the purchase." I have contacted the institutions and they say they are not even seeing an attempt to make a charge. What is going on with this?

Hello, Welcome

What institutions did you contact? is it the loops download company?

Please do not give out any personal information.

Where are you attempting to download loops, is it ProducerPlanet?
