Hello Pls help me with this problem, I downloaded music styles (that was st reggae roots, st bigroom house and st deep house series II) after which when i open the music style there is an error that will pop up saying "Error in a purchased music style , music style could not be loaded" followed by instructions showing steps on how to resolve the error, it's all bout clearing up the the data and cache of google play, i did follow the steps but unfortunately it ddn't work, though i downloaded the mmj apk intaller from the internet and not from google play but the thing is i purchased that music styles and Im so dissapointed, I tried to open the soundpool folder from the directory of music maker jam(inside my sd card) and the music style was there(because as said in the pop up error message "the music style I purchased isn't los t and it is linked to my account") but there is an error in the app, By the way I'm using Music maker jam v3.3.3.6 (the latest version i think) running on Android 6.0 thank you for your response and I look forward for the resolution of this problem

Hi,

Unfortunately I can't help you with the problem you have but you have posted the same message three times. Why? That really is not necessary so I have deleted the other two threads so that all answers will appear here.

I have a question, does anyone know where is the file directory of the pre installed styles(House Noir, Radio Rock, Digital pop and i cant remember the fourth one) of the MMJ v3.3.3.6, i think i can transfer the files of the styles i downloaded into the directory of the pre installed styles. Maybe if i try it will be resolved, just hoping

No worries, thank you for responding.

I do not own/use MMJ so what I am going to suggest may be completely wrong but, did you follow the process detailed in the error message? I believe you did but am not sure.

I notice you said  i downloaded the mmj apk intaller from the internet and not from google play  Why did you not download from Google Play? I wonder whether the copy you downloaded from elsewhere is actually not an "official" one, and hence will not work properly? My inclination would be to completely remove your existing MMJ installation, taking care to ensure you do not remove the styles you have bought and downloaded, then go to Google Play and redownload the installer, install and test again with your purchased styles.

If that process is unsuccessful then I think you need to open a support ticket at http://support.magix.com You will need a Magix account to access this support but, since you have clearly purchased at least these additional styles, that should not present a problem.
