Hi

We need more information:-

  1. Do you means Music Maker 17 or 2017?

  2. What is your Windows version and was this an upgrade from 7 or 8?

  3. Have you just upgraded to the Windows 10 Anniversary update?

If you have Music Maker (MMM) 17, answered yes to 2 and MMM 17 was installed before the upgrade then you need to re-install using this procedure - however MMM 17 is not compatible with Windows 10 so there is no guarantee it will work correctly - you should upgrade to a Windows 10 compatible version of Music Maker.
