John. Magix is blowing my mind at the moment.

Not only did i have to purchase the 2022 version as my 2021 version kept preventing me from doing the 9th track but to make matters worse now after having the 2022 version it has stopped working altogether and removed itself from my laptop.

Any advise

I just bought music maker, installed and tried to register with the cosde the sent me, I get error 14 code not recognised??? The code and email is correct. Any ideas. Also how do l add an 8th track. I have the premium version? Thanks, John

Where did you buy it from?

This error comes up if the serial number has been entered incorrectly. If bought elsewhere the seller has to activate the code with Magix. Until it is activated it works as the free version restricted to 8 tracks.

I bought this directly from Magix. I have checked the number 10 times, its correct but it just wont activate. It also lost my first creation. Not Impressed :(

@John-Godley Code 14 can also be caused by entering the correct serial number into the wrong program.

Hi,

See this that hopefully goes to my thread showing the steps to get the program, Music Maker 2022 up and running and Premium Edition activated.
