Hi,
Supplier was Magix Shop online. Their e.mail confirmation came through for "vegasmoviestudio17 platinum", but the subsequent download came through as "Movie Studio 2022 Platinum." Serial number and my e.mail address were accepted, but it all stopped with Error code 14 when I tried to register. What do I need to do, please?

Hi and thanks for getting back, but could you please tell me how I can actually contact someone at infoservice@ magix.net because I'm just going around in a circle at the moment and can't find any way of asking them how to deal with the problem?

Please reread the post by @PATIENT-X, which includes a very clear email address, which you should use to receive an answer. When you quoted it above you inserted a space which is not correct.

Problem solved - I deleted everything and then repeated the download from the only email that I have received from the Magix shop, but this time it downloaded "vegasmoviestudio17 platinum" and it did then register. Thank you both for responding, and I was getting so frustrated that I hadn't even realised that it was an email address and had used it as a web address.
