Error code

Hello!
I have a problem starting Xara web trial programm. There is reference code: 8dd468ad-c8bf-403b-bfb3-ca4d628e1dbe

Please help me.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff.

Unless another user has previously seen that error code it is highly unlikely that anyone here can help you, sorry. However, please post the whole error message, the code alone is not really helpful. (To me, it sounds like a Windows Error code but I can find no online references to it!)

Error appears only when I activate text writing tool.

First it shows error: Access violation exception at 0x00007FF720AEBCC6

Then: reference code and all buttons are inactive. I restart the program, I want to make website from template and it is imposible to write text.

I tried to everything in my windows :(

I want to buy Xara web and buld my own website. Please help.

The access violation error is a Windows error which can have many different causes including

Antivirus blocking the program
Malware
Memory (RAM) error
Incompatible Windows version
Windows system issues

They can also be very difficult to diagnose

We need more information:

Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Are the graphics card drivers up to date?
