Error - Can't find the name of Intel ICD OpenGL driver

Having downloaded and activated ACL 2017 on my new HP Envy 13 (i7), running Windows 10, I get the above error message when clicking on the desktop icon to open the programme. I have seen various forum posts about needing the latest drivers installed from both Intel and/or HP, and I have tried all these with no success. Also the links that Magix provides to get a solution do not go anywhere. Please help ! I know it is a great programme and I just want to get started!!

There is a software called Snappy Driver Installer. This tool scans your system and should tell you what drivers you need and also downloads and installs them. I would give it a try.

Be sure to make a backup of your system before updating your drivers in case something goes wrong! This is very important!

Thank you for the suggestion SP.

However before I tried Snappy Driver I decided to remove and reinstall Audio Cleaning Lab.

Then, when I went to try and start ACL (as if by Magix!) I received an update for it.

I installed the Magix ACL update and now everything is working well.

Spent a few hours on this, but pleased to get there in the end.
