Error -24 for Vegas Pro 18

I purchased Vegas Pro 18 from Humble Bundle.com.

Whenever I try to log in it keeps saying -error 24, I can't remember what email I used to activate my vegas previously.
I just need help to see what email I used to activate it, and if I can change it to the one I currently use.


How this support page is designed it feels like I'm going around in circles, the support page is used for registering my products and codes instead of being the account and profile page.

can anyone help me find what email I have associated with my vegas activation?

Hi and welcome to the forum - albeit the wrong one.

Vegas products, with the exception of Magix Movie Studio 18 and later versions, have their own forum see the Important Posts here.  

In the Vegas forum, click the Support link at the top of the page, select Vegas Pro , on the next page scroll down to the bottom and select Contact Support then follow through the next dialogs.
