Error -24

I recently bought Sound Forge 16 Pro from the Magix website. I downloaded and activated it and all was working great. I hadn't opened the application for a couple of weeks and now when i do it is asking me to to activate it again. When i enter the details it tells me that it has already been registered to another email 'error-24'. Please help?

@Daniel-Cooksley It might help if you log into your user account at https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ and look under My Products for your version of Sound Forge. There you can disable the installation on your computer. Then try again to unlock it.

If you cannot find Sound Forge in your user account you might have registered it to a different e-mail address (maybe a typo?). Then you would need to contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them to transfer your license to your correct account.
