@DIMITRIS-VOULGARIS Have you changed your e-mail address in your customer account at https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ or did you just create a new customer account with a different e-mail addess? This won't work because the license is still bound to your old e-mail address. If you enter the old e-mail address or change it on magix.com it should work fine.
