ERROR- 2147163964 VEGAS POST SUITE

Trying to install Vegas POST SUITE on a Dell Windows 10 laptop and I get this error code:

ERROR: -2147163964 occurred during installation

Module C:\Program Files (x86)\VEGAS\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio_x64\sfppack1_x64.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895. Contact your support personnel

I have a i5 processor,16GB RAM, 64-bit operating system and running windows 10 home edition version 20H2

How do I get this to install?????? This is the downloaded version directly from MAGIX.
