Error 1603 Win 10 install

I cannot find any answers how to fix this install. I get an error on the install and have tried to elevate the rights of all users. Technical support articles are worthless. I am unable to reinstall the software after imaging the machine. Phone support is non-existent. How can I activate any of this software or fix the install if there is no support!

@Bkov ... the installation 1603 issue 'may not' be directly related to Sound Forge but rather to aspects of your system, as addressed in the following Microsoft Support page on the 1603 error:

You might find that one of the resolutions suggested by MS may resolve the SF installation problem. Please note that I stress the use of 'may' and 'might'.
