error 1603 when trying to un-install Music Maker

I have been trying to un-install Music Maker and keep getting this error message. I have deleted the program in Program Data and Users and Control Panel/Programs/Programs and Features but when I go to Settings/Apps it is still there. I'm getting the Error 1603 'Account already exists' when I try to un-install it from there. I've deleted it from the recycle bin and I've re-started the computer - but it's still there. Working in Windows 10. Any ideas? Cheers.

Hello, Welcome

Have you tried the free Revo uninstaller, it removes all traces of software and from the registry.
