I purchased Vegas Pro 19 via Vegas 365 online as well as Sound Forge 14. Vegas Pro installed and runs no problem but Sound Forge keeps giving me the Error -14 telling me that the Serial No. specifically for Sound Forge is already in use and can not be activated. I have checked to make sure that the email account I am using is matching exactly and that the serial no matches exactly. I am paying for a subscription that I cannot use. Curious if anyone else is experiencing this or has a resolution. Appreciate any suggestions!!!
