You've not given us a lot of information (!) but, assuming your email service is through Magix Online World, you should have recently received an email as below:

Hello,

the storage space for your e-mails in this mailbox is completely or almost completely used (1 GB).

Incoming messages larger than the available free space will no longer reach your inbox and will be rejected. We therefore recommend deleting e-mails that are no longer needed and also emptying the trash or "Deleted" folder on a regular basis.

This e-mail has been automatically delivered to your inbox. Please do not reply to it.

If you have any questions, please contact customer service at https://www.magix-online.com.

You must do exactly what the email message says and go into your mailbox and delete any messages you no longer need to keep.
