Editing and looping issue.

I recently purchased Sound Forge 17 after using SF 13 for years, and I have been having issues editing audio for loops. It seems that when I zoom in on the start/end points, they move around or shift, making it difficult to keep a beat on my loop. I never experienced this on any other version of this software. I love all of the other features, but I now have to go back to my older version to make loops.

@G.K.G. In case you use files like MP3 please go into the preferences and enable to always proxy compressed files. The compression algorithms can lead to problems with the waveforms.

Hi @G.K.G., If you have 'Snapping' enabled, that can make precise edits difficult or impossible. in the 'Options' menu, Confirm Snapping is set to 'Zero crossings' only or disabled altogether, Though not having zero-crossing enabled can sometimes cause an audible click at the edit point.
