DVD sub menu - for multi slideshows and training film clips with chapters

I have event that spans several days.  I need to create a root menu with highlights and a sub menu for each day, each with slideshows and film clips of events of that day.  The number of menu objects will vary for each day. I need to assign clips and slide shows to the correct day.
