@Jesse-Thompson - is this on the "An Overview of Acid Pro Software?" on the media manager section? If so this is a known issue since the media manager was deprecated when some of the software, it relies on stopped being supported by Microsoft. The tutorials are long overdue an updating.

An overview of ACID Pro Software - Step 9 of 16.

I'm getting this on a newly installed and updated ACID Pro 11.0.2.

Given I can't just skip this one step, I'm wondering what else I am missing? Hopefully this isn't a representation of what the software is like going forward (I'm new to ACID Pro).
