Driver issu

Hi,

I have a driver issu that I can't solve myself.

I used to rip my vinyl with Soundforge but since I bought Pioneer Interface 2 with a digital vinyl system

I can't use Soudforge no more to rip my records.

There's a mess in the driver section and I don't know how to do, I tried them all including Magix drivers but no way to makes it works.

What I want to do is using my soundcard (Interface 2 has a good one) but instead of using Rekordbox to rip vinyl I want to use SoundForge which is a better tool for me.

I tried to get help from Pioneer fan on Facebook but tcan't get none.

If the Rekordbox interface is plugged into your PC and working otherwise, it's USB connection should be listed in Sound Forge Pro menu: "Options> Preferences> Audio> Audio Device Type" for record. You could also use the Rekordbox analog outputs to connect it to another sound card and capture from that. You could also use the Rekordbox software to record since It really does not matter what app you use, if it comes from the same interface. In any case I would save the captured audio as a PCM file <.wav> to edit, From there, you can encode MP3,4, a CD or whatever with minimal quality loss.

Sound Forge does not have an A/D (or D/A) interface built in (hardware), The Rekordbox interface is what you should use and has the proper RIAA/IEC equalization curve for vinyl playback.

I don't like Rekorbox interface to rip records, too simple, no option to cut, paste, clean etc.

I tried all the drivers in drop down list in the audio préférence section. none of them works, even the drivers installed by Soudforge, when I have no error message then I have "level too low".

Will post capture later as my english isn't good enough to explain exactly.
