Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Since you have purchased the add-on, why would you expect to still see it on the Downloads tab??

On my computer, if I press the Live button to access the pads, I see exactly what you show in your third screenshot. What are you expecting to see?

Well whenever I go and try to load up a preset for the pad it says that I need to buy it even though it’s already been bought

Try logging out of the Store, restart Music Maker log back into the Store the feature should then be recognised as purchased.

Hi

The message should not stop you using the Live Pads/Sets feature of the free version.

If you want more tracks then you have to buy the More tracks and features expansion package which is different to the Live Pads/Sets

Assuming the free version installed is Music Maker 2021 In the long run you would be better off upgrading to the Premium version, this will save you money compared to buying the add-ons piecemeal.

If you do upgrade there is no need to re-install, register the serial number in the free version and this will unlock the extra features, instruments and soundpools which will be available for download and install in the Downloads tab.
