Download VEGAS 365 app stops then restarts

The download exe for 365 is sending me in a constant loop it gets to 100 percent download and then restarts on the same app to download, so nothing is downloaded this has happened 5 times now, I paid the monthly fee so what is happening?

Which app are you trying to download? Mention of 365 makes me wonder if it is part of the Magix Vegas range of products. If so, please read this pinned post and follow the advice given there.

Hi I am downloading VEGAS 365, I have purchased it from MAGIX, received the installer link and downloaded installer, see attached image of what is happening.
