Download never starts

When redownloading my software , the download file. exe starts up showing that it will get 1.4 gb by internet, and then terminates, so the downlaod never begin. i have tryed "run as admin" and turning off firewall in win 10 but whit out any sucsess. what can i do to get the installation program ? are there a FTP site we can use ?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

You chose Rescue Your Videotapes as your product, is that correct?

From where are you trying to redownload it, your Magix account? It is possible there is a problem with the Magix servers. How many times have you tried to complete the download?

If, having tried a number of times without success to obtain your software you need to email infoservice@magix.net and ask for their help. They should be able to give you a direct link to download it, I think.
