I bought your music maker premium for 79.99$ and the site crashed on confirming my card. I have two confirmation emails and two charges on my card but in my profile only 1 in my previous orders.

You'll need to contact Magix about that. You also need to quickly remove that serial number. Anyone could use it. i could activate my 2021 version with it probably if I was unscrupulous.
