Hi,

If it has not been too long, you need to go to http://www.magix-online.com log in to your account, and if you are within the renewal grace period you should be able to renew your domain.  If you are not, you are going to have to wait for ICAAN to release that domain back in to circulation and hopefully get it back, or choose another domain.

Did you not get a notification that the domain was about to expire?  If you ignored the notice, you could be out of luck, if you did not receive it, you may need to check your spam filter to make sure that messages that you need to get are not being filtered out.  If you are 100% certain that you never received a renewal message, you may wish to discuss this with the folks at magix-online and find out why.  I own many domain names from many different companies and my personal experience is that I get multiple renewal reminders from all of them, usually at 30 days, then at 14 days, then at 7 days and finally at 1 day.
