I have windows 10 and keep getting the message "Can't open wave form input device--stereo mix real high define 3 and 4 undefined external error." Also I get "Change driver bit resolution to 16 bit or switch driver system to wpm in systems options. " I viewed the tutorial and I think I got most of the settings right. I'm not sure I know how to change to wpm.I don't have an audio input on my Samsung laptop--I connect by usb using the "line" button on the turntable I used to have no problem using an older version but that too has gone totally dead. If it means anything, no record of the turntable's usb being connected to my computer shows up when I check things under "my PC". Appreciate any help. Al Marotta
