I use Microsoft, Windows 7, 64bit, When I try to open a WAV zip file it goes to MAGIX and won't open. My files save in MAGIX instead of the other intended folders.
You did mention what you were doing but you did not say what is your question.?
After reading your posting I think, by some how your wav zip file landed in the Magix folder however, file/files were supposed to be saved in a folder other than Magix right?
Do yo want those file/files back to the folder where you want to save?
Simple, do as follows: First open the intended folder where you want to save your zip file/files. Now go to Magix folder and minimize/reduce the size of the opened window. When you will reduce the size of the Magix folder below you can see the intended folder you want to save your files. Put cursor on the zip file/files then drag and drop on the intended folder. Now your zip files are in the folder where they are supposed to be. It is time to extract zip file/files.
Note: I am not aware which zip software you are using, but normally when we want to extract files from zip folder we got option Extract files, Extract here or Extract to etc. Do not just click please look carefully the path where you want to save those zip file/files.
If this not what you want, then sorry. Better rephrase your question clearly.
