Do we already have direct solution to fill vertical video?

Hi people!

I've been absent for a while...

I found myself that using "amateur" video editing programs (WSF, DVR) covered my needs in a better way.

Anyway, I'm about to start a big project and wondered if VPX latest version fixed any of the big annoyances.

Specifically, is there now a _native_ option to fill borders with self-video, blurred? (like when using vertical footage)

Something like this:

Really appreciated the feedback from anyone using the latest Magix version!

Greetings!

@SullyPanda76us Hi, the latest is VPX14, but your pic says Extend not Upgrade, 🤷‍♂️

I'd ignore that & go to the Magix website, login & see what upgrade you can get

Hi

You have VPX 11 however at 17.0.1.32 you are missing several patches - the last version was 17.0.3.68.

I have VPX 14 v20.0.3.181

The VPX 12 upgrade message is probably one built in to or coming from VPX 11.

If you want to upgrade to VPX 14 you should get it for the upgrade price direct from Magix.

Do check that your PC meets the system requirements - if in doubt post your processor and graphics card(s) make and model in full and what format and resolution your source video files are.
