Hi,

You have to pay to register a Wen name like name .com or name .og plus a month fee to hosting sometime few doolars per month depending size and traffic. Most software seller try to deal free hosting plan this is good to start or experiment.

That all depends on what you want to do on the site ie what functonality is necessary for your web site to run eg do you need PHP,  MySQL etc.

Magix no longer offer free hosting and do not provide functionality such as PHP and MySQL - see here
