Do I have to buy Music Maker Premium yearly?

Hello! I bought Music Maker Premium 2020, and it had been awhile since I used it. This week, I went to start recording again, and noticed it says I'm using the free version, I no longer have access to any of my premium resources (other instruments, more tracks, etc.), and said I had to enter an activation code for the 2021 edition.

Do I have to purchase an upgrade for music maker yearly, or is this a technical error?

@Ryan-CovingtonGarcia Please go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache of the store. Usually all features will work again after doing this.
