Do I have the right to publish music loops I have made in soundpool?

So I've been publishing music for a while now using Magix Music Maker and Samplitude, using the sound pool and creating a beat/loop and some of my tracks are now on Spotify, I have a paid edition of Samplitude Music Studio.

I have read a few posts about this but I wanted to clear this up for myself as I'm not entirely sure whether I will get a copyright strike for this or not...

If somebody could clear this up for me it would be great!

As I have not played any instruments myself personally in the tracks that I have published, I have just mashed together a lot of sounds from the sound pool to make a beat.
