You need to point the import section to your folders with the video clips in them.

Start by clicking on Computer on the left side of the import button to expand the view and search for them.

It may help to start reading the manual found in the help section.

I already did that. I also read the manual. I'm going to try it again. Same thing. I have attached the image so that you can see what I see. If I click on play, I can here the clip but not see it. Nothing happens as in the manual nor as in the tutorial videos.

In my second image in the bottom right corner you need to select a different timeline view.

You also did not reset the program to Standard View. You may have to drag some of the internal windows around to get to the top bar. Is the program filling the monitor? It looks like you have tried to resize it.

I really appreciate your efforts, but you are wrong. I did reset to standard view in both places, on window at the top and on the menu on the top left of the program monitor, and nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. I have tried before and after importing a clip.

I can access the top bar, I don't have a problem with that.

Yes, the program monitor is filling the monitor. Resizing it only changes the size of the central window. it does not allow me to see the timeline. And certainly not the timeline below the monitor as in the images you have uploaded.

Hi Fernando.

Screens and boxes can get hidden behind each other. I can see that happening in one of your images.

Try making each box as small as possible and move them around each around the screen to see if anything is hidden beneath.

Or as a last resort try the following.
