Digieffects Phenomena

I HATE IT when videos show what you can do with the software but they don't guide you; no tutorial videos. Now I have to ask here and wait a couple days for an answer. I can't find where the digieffects phenomena are or blueFX or ProDAD Adorage 13 thing. Anyone who knows where they are, can you please tell me where to go and how to do it? Thanks a bunchies!

j-l-i,

For tutorials check out the big link at the top of this page for hundreds of tutorials. Yes many are in French or German etc but often watching what windows are active and what objects are being used is enough to get you started. MEP is 'non-destructive' -- when you cut and crop the original material remains unchanged so feel free to experiment.

You haven't said what version of MEP you are using. Add ons like ProDAD usually only part of the 'Plus or 'Premium' versions and if you purchased a download rather than a box set you need to get them from Magix after you register your program. Same for many extra effects and DVD templates. Go to 'Help' >> 'Free download.. and 'Download plug-ins...'

Also have a look at the 'Forum' tab above where more is discussed.

Regards,

Carl

Hi,

To add to what Carl said, another great source for tutorials is YouTube.  There are many tutorials there on all kinds of topics related to Movie Edit Pro there are also tuturials for digieffects phenomena, Newbluefx Video Essentials IV, and ProDad Adorage.

The 3 products you mention in your message only come with the premium version of MEP 2013.  If you purchased the Premium download version, you should have received a email from Magix that contained your serial number for MEP 2013.  If you scroll down that message, you should also have received the download link with instructions and the serial number for the additional products.  I am not sure how it works if you bought the CD instead of the download.

I actually downloaded MEP 2013 Premium from another site at a cheaper price at downloadbuyer.com

It gave me the serial number for MEP 2013 but not for the additional 3 programs.

And I tried youtube already. They don't have any tutorials for those things. ~_~

Yeah, I already did that. Free Download and all that and it still asks me for the serial number.

Seems you should be asking downloadbuyer.com for the missing serial numbers.

Yeah I did and they say I should talk to magix for that and they're helping me out on that too.

Interesting that you buy a product from a third party company, they don't deliver the serial numbers for the extra features and they tell you to contact the manufacturer.  They sold the product, they received the commission on in it yet they won't obtain the serial numbers that they neglected to send and deliver them to you.

Sound to me like whatever money you saved when you bought MEP, you have lost in time trying to get the product to work the way it should have directly from them!
