Difficulties with VST plugins

Hi

I am having problems with my VST plugins with Acid Pro 10. I've tried disabling my anti-virus as the screenshots have suggested but have had no luck. I also tried adding /NOVSTGROVEL to the Target field. Can you help?

These are the specifications of my PC and my anti-virus software is TalkTalk Online Defence powered by F-secure

Hi @Roger-Webb - that's one I've never seen. If you were on Windows 10 I would recommend that it could be the ransomware protection that was added relatively recently, but you're not. In this instance it looks like a good candidate to contact support about, especially considering the lack of responses from anyone here.

If support are able to help you resolve this please do report back and let us know what the fix was! :)
