I just purchased photostory with panorama studio and NewBlue Filter. I got the link for the photostory under my products but I do not have a link for the two bonus addons. Please resend the links to email address removed by moderator or point me in the right direction to download them as they are not appearing under my products

Also BTW it took me for ages finding a method of contacting you. Do you always make it this hard for customers to get service? To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

The serial numbers and links to the addons should be in the email you should have received - check your spam folders to make sure the email is not there.
