deleting old files

I have been using MMM 15 for almost a year and it is working very good for me. In that length of time my vocal recording takes (.wav's), self made samples (.wav's), projects finished and unfinished has eaten up my memory space and it is nearing full capacity.
Is there a better way to remove the old files (with just one click... or two) to give way to newer ones and have ample free space on my hard disk?

Hello,

You have asked good question, I was facing the same problem and found easy I do not know if you like it or not.
It is not wise to save a lot of files on Hard Disk of computer because it could cause problem such as slow start, other program may not work properly or in case of computer problem everything will be lost.
Therefore, I decided to do two things.
1. Before I turn of my computer I backup all Magix wave or project files to external hard drive or flash drive.
2. As step one take time therefore, I set the path of Export folder of Magix to external hard drive. Whenever I save wave or project file it save on external hard drive. No more back up problem.

The best way I have already explained above. And after saving your Magix wave and project files, no matter on external hard drive, CD/DVD or flash drive.
First make it confirm if they all are saved then delete your Hard disk files.

After that clear browser cookies, use Defrag, clean disk. Do not save Magix files on hard disk anymore.
