Deactivation not successful error message Sony Vegas Pro 17 render

I created a video on Sony Vegas Pro 17 on Windows 10 Dell laptop. It did not complete render, and hung up at 94%.  So I exported as a Vegas Project Archive, copying all Media, onto an external hard drive so I could render on my other desktop Windows 10 computer with more RAM. When I try to open the archive on this desktop computer, I get this error message "Deactivation not successful. The program has possibly already been deactivated for this computer."   I am allowed to have Sony Vegas pro on 2 computers, and I already deactivated it on a 3rd computer it used to be on.  It works normally on both my desktop and laptop EXCEPT when trying to open this archive. I can edit other videos on both computers, so it doesn't seem like a real activation issue, some kind of bug or error on your servers most likely.

@Darren-Starwynn

Hi

You have posted in the wrong forum again.

@ericlnz gave you the correct forum link in your previous topic. There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help within Vegas Pro

. . . . Sony Vegas Pro 17 . . .

The name is Vegas Pro - I would suggest you do not use the 'S' word in the Vegas pro forum.

This topic will be closed.
