Cycle through Photos with Video in Corner?

I have a bunch of photos and want to run them in a slide show really but I want to popin some videos as I go (for a tribute thing) and was wondering how to do this in Magix software. I've downloaded trials of both PhotoStory and Movie Edit Pro MX Plus but cannot seem to figure out how to put two things on top of each other like that.

Thanks for any tips, pointers, or links to tutorials you guys can share!
Andrew

Hi

If I am reading your post correctly then using Movie Edit Pro.

Add all the images you require on to track 1, set up any transitions, fade in/out etc that you need.

Add the video clips to track 2 position them where you want them (time wise) and adjust the lengths by trimming them as necessary - any audio will appear on track 3 and be connected to the video.

If you want to mute the audio or lower its level select the audio portion and drag the centre diamond down to lower the volume

Select the Effects tab, click each video in turn and use the Movement, Size/Position options to resize the video and position them where you want them.

Note once you have resized the video you can drag it to the position you want in the preview.

Video, images and titles on the higher track numbers will appear on top of the lower tracks numbers.

There is pdf manual installed with the software and is available from the start menu, Programs, Magix, Movie Edit Pro MX, Documentation which will help you get going

Hope this gets you started OK.

John
