cutting/removing background out of a video clip ?

Hello guys, 

i just wanted to ask if anyone can tell me how in magix edit pro 2015 you can 

cut the background 

(around a object or person etc )

out of one video** (not photo ) clip to put into another, also sorry but im not sure what this technigue is called ?

i have a found a silly video below to try and explain what i mean, i hope someone can help, give advice.

The name of the technique you are looking for is 'Green screen effect'.

There are many good videos on Youtube demonstrating how this effect is done.  The only problem is you must shoot video specifically for green screen editting.

In MEP it can be done - see this recent post.
