Delete the installer exe file, download the file again and start the installation process from the beginning.
If you want to contact customer support you have to open a support ticket. Click on this link: https://www.magix.info/us/support/search/ Then enter your problem in the text box and click on "FIND A SOLUTION!" Then scroll down until you can click on the button "SEND SUPPORT REQUEST".

Also, make sure you download the installer directly from Magix and not from some other source.
